Meet DeVol

My name is Lisa DeVol, I am a native from the San Francisco Bay Area, the Peninsula, Redwood City.  I have prepared delicious meals for over 35+ years for family, friends, events and for  just because, occasions.  My mother instilled in me to cook with love so that what ever I cooked would come out perfect every time.  Each meal is prepared with my undivided attention.

Years ago, I said to my niece, "if I ever opened a restaurant what should I name it?"  she said "DeVol's".  Moving fast forward, my same niece Darena, and said "Auntie I had a vision in a dream that people were lined up around the corner waiting to order your food and you should start catering" so from that day on I have been spreading my love, and that is how DeVol's got started. 

I offer comfort food, that is unique.  My dishes are Cajun and Creole infused, using various seasonings and spices.  Some of the dishes can be personalized to accommodate your taste and/or dietary needs.

Pictured is my grandmother, who's chicken frying technique is a generation thing that was passed down to me, when I talked to her and told her all about my food business she said 

"call DeVol, she can do it all" Thank you Grandma.
